Hi, I’m Lorena Flores, I am the 25 year old home baker behind Sweet Batch Bakery Company. Most days you’ll find me in my cozy kitchen, flour on my apron, my mixer running, and trays of warm cookies cooling on the counter. I started baking batches of cookies and treats for friends and family as a love for baking, and now I am excited to share those same made at home treats with you. Every batch is mixed, scooped, and baked by hand in my home bakery, using real ingredients and a whole lot of heart.
